Deliveries are made every day from our workshop of Trois-Rivieres. Delivery times are 4 to 5 working days depending on your location. Any additional delay is the responsibility of the shipping department. Please contact directly with your tracking number for any lost packages or unreasonable delivery times.

Standard delivery 4-5 business days a tracking number will be provided by email depending on the order.

For all errors or address change request, please contact us by email at info@lithologie.ca with "delivery" as object within 12 hours of your order so that we can make the changes before sending it.

After this period, we are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. In these cases, please contact the delivery department to make a complaint.

MERCHANDISE RETURN

Our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. We suggest the inspector upon receipt. You have 30 days following receipt to return any product which in your opinion has been damaged in transport or is the subject of a manufacturing defect except in exceptional cases involving an administrative fault on our part, we do not make any refund.

COMMENT TO MAKE A RETURN OF GOODS

All returned merchandise will be subject to an inspection of our part. Whiskey stone sets with manufacturing defects will be replaced by equivalent sets.
