Cola base to mix with sparkling water. This syrup, made from infused cola nuts, organic essential oils, citrus fruits, and spices, is characterized by its herbaceous and slightly tart taste. The recipe is inspired by the ancestral use of cola, served as a tonic by pharmacists at the end of the 19th century.

3/4 oz Cola Maison offers aromas of a bygone era, but reminiscent of modern colas without however coming with the sugar levels found in industrial drinks.

Homemade Cola syrup is delicious simply mixed with sparkling water, but it also makes an extraordinary addition to rums, ryes, bourbons, and whiskey in classic or reinvented cocktails.

The wood is treated with an odorless food-grade oil in order to protect the wood and emphasize the nobility of the essence. Circular economy reduces losses and waste by using the scraps of the building industry.

The stone

Made of 2.7-billion-year-old basalt andesite, it absorbs and retains heat so you can cook food easily on its surface. It is characterized by green hues that go from forest green to moss green. Its mirror finish will suit you just as well to admire the nature of the stone than to wash it easily after use. Its thermal properties mean that it will keep the optimal flavor in your food.

The walnut base is made in Quebec and comes 100% from the circular economy.

The product comes with a certificate of authenticity of the stone and a manual.
